I was very shy and artistic. I always had crushes on the senior boys. My favorite subjects were English and Art. I walked to school and back and it was a long walk. Maybe that is why I was so skinny! I THINK I SHOULD WALK MORE NOW!
I have sweet memories of elementary school and still remember my teachers from those days. I remember singing Please Please Me with June B, Cathy C.and Pat L.to our fifth grade class. I am happy to be in touch with Jeannie H. again and to hear about other alumni and their lives up until now. As you age you really understand that people don't really change much inside. The people who were sweet then are still as nice.
How lucky we are to still be here , for so many of our family and friends have passed on. Try to be grateful for each day and see the joy in the little things.
